Lindsay Rowan Therapy is a vibrant, contemporary therapeutic private practice offering a thoughtful and integrative approach to emotional wellbeing. I work with individuals, couples, children, and young people to explore a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, relationship challenges, bereavement, and burnout. Therapy is a collaborative process, a space where support meets constructive challenge, helping clients untangle what feels stuck and move toward greater self-understanding, authenticity, and emotional awareness.
I am a BACP-registered counsellor (MBACP), trained in Humanistic and Psychodynamic Integrative Counselling. I offer both individual and couples therapy, with sessions available face-to-face in London and online. My work is tailored to each client, responsive to their unique experiences, and rooted in the belief that change happens through a safe, alive, and trusting therapeutic relationship.
